Welcome to Bethesda Chocolates, a small local chocolate shop that takes pride in providing handcrafted chocolates made from fresh, high-quality ingredients in small batches. Our chocolate company was founded by Heather Cooper in 2017, who had always had a passion for chocolate. Her appreciation for chocolate began during her study abroad program in college in Belgium, where she learned to appreciate the art of chocolate making and became a chocolate connoisseur.
